Cats aren't only sweet and cuddly animals that purr when you pet them. If you are a cat owner, no one knows better than you how hard it is to keep your house clean while having the privilege of living with your cat. There can be a mess around the litter box, misplaced objects, broken ornaments, and many other little annoyances that are only some of your problems.
If you want to prevent things like that from happening, you need to find out what is the reason for your cat's behavior. This simple course will help you with it.

Reason number 1 -- The cat is bored.
If you feed your cat well they will most likely have a lot of energy. What is they supposed to do with it? Your cat needs to spend it somehow. If they have nothing to do they might start doing obnoxious things to occupy their time.
Reason number 2 -- The cat is a nocturnal animal.
It is not unusual for your cat to sleep in during the day and be more active at night. Their eyes give them an advantage over people because cats can see in darkness better than we do. At night, they will do all kind of things they wouldn't usually do if you were watching them. If you want to stop your cats from making all sorts of mischief at night, keep them busy during the day and they will most likely sleep at night.
Reason number 3 -- The cat is sexually driven.
Your cat will misbehave when they are sexually driven and they can't do anything about it. If your cat is trapped at home when this happens, they will do all sorts of things - including urinating in random places! Cat spaying and neutering can solve this problem.
Reason number 4 -- Your cat doesn't understand what you're trying to say.
When your cat misbehaves, what is your first reaction? If you get mad and act on it, don't expect your cat to understand you. Sometimes your cat will think that you're playing with them if you chase or physically punish them. You need to make it clear that what you are doing is actually a punishment and not fun. It needs to be easy to understand for your cat. If you fail at this, you will not teach your cat anything. Your pet will think that this is what they supposed to do to get attention and have some fun.
Reason number 5 -- There are certain things that cats just love to do.
If you can't get your cat to stop doing something, it may be that they love doing it and this is the only reason for the behavior. To deal with this, you need to know that there are also things that your cat hates. For example, certain smells are distasteful to cats. If you spray something they don't like on the thing they like to destroy, you will easily get them to stay away from it.
By knowing these things, it will be much easier for you to cope with your cat in a way that is satisfying to both you and your cat.
